Anon @ 7pm - How on earth can medical agencies be accused of being in "a vile army of hangers on"? It is obvious that this commentator has been non practising in PI for donkeys years. In my not inconsiderable experience the good agencies simplify and truncate the whole process which is a good thing surely? In my view Medco will bring the claims process to a standstill and will possibly be the thing that undermines the whole of the governments reform program.. Only a clown could invent such an idea
