Over the past few years I have personally witnessed the barbaric way in which the NHSLA and their Panel solicitors (following instructions) have treated patients left with the life shortening consequences of the NHS's faults and failings.

Rather than settle early and allow the patient/client to die in peace, they have left them to die, penniless, unemployed due to disability, with baliffs knocing on their doors, so as to lower the award (FAA claims are cheaper).

The NHSLA and their merry men have brough new meaning to the 'dark side' for me. They won't go to mediation because of their arrogance. Perhaps time to make it compulsory.

Only the thick skinned survive in the NHS.

Is there anyone actually in charge of the NHS? One wonders.
