I hope common sense will prevail at the end of this unjustified debacle .
We have prided ourselves as a nation of wit ,fairness and justice. If the respected judges uphold the high court decision recently given it will be a travesty to our highly regarded and much respected criminal justice system.
It sounds like the broke government is penny pinching at whatever cost or consideration to others.
