The 'problem' with the profession these days is that there are too many spoofers and market men spouting the usual marketing speak BS. Get away from the empty management speak and focus on doing a good and proper job- less on image, growth and the usual hallows marketing jargon.

Clients want somebody they can trust and this is usually through word of mouth. All the glitzy advertising campaigns will not change that. Legal services is not like buying a pair of glasses....
