This business model can still work very effectively. Few would doubt the benefits of the buying club model which can reduce PII costs, bank charges, IT and telephony. If a single Practice Management System platform were offered online and high quality workflow templates developed and in-house courses delivered aimed at better risk management, better lawyer productivity and improved financial reporting annual memberships costs would be a fraction of the commercial gain. Arguably QS is unfinished business and the next iteration should deliver a suitable message to the naysayers. Hold your nerve QS and refine your business model and you will have a queue of potential new members. But please think very carefully about the pink and black. Time for a re-brand?
