The demolition of Legal Aid by some misguided and media fueled hysteria over the last 20 years, and the vote winning strategy of the last two governments of reducing the peasantry to a rights free existence will have consequences. How can we all be so blind? It is the same blindness which avoided the obvious consequences of the de regulation of banks.
