Just another way that solicitors are assisted to go about their honest daily business without being paid for their services. Do they not realise that some of us are trying to run our businesses and are continually thwarted by clients who refuse to pay the balance knowing we are so heavily regulated that we will have to offer a discount in response to a complaint just to deal with it. If they want to reduce access to legal services this is the way to do it...small firms wont offer any credit to clients and larger firms will be too expensive for individuals and small and medium sized businesses to instruct. Excellent work.
