LeO has now gone full circle, LCS, OSS.Can someone help recall what came before? I have a couple of matters parked for months with LeO, yes months! Have been chasing but bills remain unpaid in the meantime. Complainants are content to sit back and allow matters to fester. Can I go ahead to sue whilst there is an unresolved service complaint with LeO? Btw, to whom do we refer complaints against LeO? Have to go anonymous in view of outstanding complaints.
