Reality is Zurichs snoopers missed a trick.
Tough.
What is worse is that defendant solicitors are nothing more than puppets dancing to every insurers tune. Non of them are prepared to say "actually no lets not challenge it because it's wrong" for fear the insurer will simply move to another defendant puppet firm.
More decisions like this are needed to teach insurers they don't own the legal system!
