If I have registered a preference I am entitled not to be called and thats thats so they should be fined.

However the fact is that legitimate CMCs have put billions liberated from the banks and insurers into the pockets of ordinary people by taking an aggressive approach to marketing . Their work may even be partly responsible for the so called recovery. So I personally dont mind the occasional nuisance call or text.
