All we want to do is to change from a partnership to a company ie change the name of the business, with no other changes whatsoever, and we have to complete something like 60 pages of guff and provide business plans etc etc. So much for making the bureaucratic burden less!! One side of A4 is all that should be required. Pure, unadulterated madness. And it will take 90 days to consider the application to change the name!! You couldn't make it up.
