Of course there was little wrong with the White and Green Books - that's, sadly, why they were changed!

Management Consultants and their acolytes seem unable to accept that doing nothing is an option - it just doesn't bring them much in the way of consultancy fees. Substitute "Judges" for Management Consultants" and "self-aggrandisement and kudos" for "consultancy fees" and much is explained.

Now we are faced with the inevitable. The changes since 1999 have become so increasingly labyrinthine and unworkable that a complete overhaul has become necessary.

Still, looking to a South American banana republic for inspiration sounds to me like Dyson is on the right track. Trebles all round!
