This is unbelievable!
First solicitors are criticised for making the court system lengthy and expensive - the courts, the media bring solicitors into disrepute and the public fall for it
next the EU fanatics persuade successive governments to oust solicitors from the process by advocating the inquisitorial system so beloved by our European neighbours
Then mcKenzie friends are wooed as being helpful to the process so a whole new paid profession of friends is born
then court fees are increased by eye watering amounts so the courts can be self funding - solicitors are being made history
