Potentially an excellent reform.

Citizens in disagreement with one another need to get out of the 'nanny state' mind-set.

The learned professions should staep us and provide a first tier level of forum for helping people to resolve their conflicts and so really enable the rule of law to be upheld.

Great reform!! Long overdue.
