It all depends what the solicitor will do with the info from the database (without describing it in a generic way). Can anyone clarify? Will they refuse to deal with someone who has made several previous claims? Will they interrogate their client to see whether the previous claims were successful? Or is this just a list to send to the doctor, rather than rely upon the client who might lie about their claims history?
