I try and see every client I can, it's unusual I never meet a client, and if that's not cost-effective, so be it. My duty to my client is a bit more than pressing buttons on a sausage machine.

Sadly the factory firms do dumb down advice on occasions, and I'm afraid it really is quite inexcusable. If you can't do the work within the margins, or can't afford proper staff, then don't do it, do something else.
