I absolutely agree with Paul Nicholls. In personal injury claims (and, indeed, every claim!) you should be representing your client and their interests, not just looking to line your own/your firm's pockets with standardised solutions and fees. This trend is despicable and needs to be stopped. If you can't do the job, don't accept the work.
