Looking at some postings there is obvious divide.
This looks a clear case and was fully disputed.
Defendants lost and chanced it at court of appeal and lost again.
If you work by numbers you're taking a risk.
We're professionals and owe a duty to our clients.
If you make a mistake sort it out don't defend when you know you've messed up. Have some professional integrity!!
