Mr Martin, actions are indicators of honesty, regardless of age. Your statement implies that younger folks may not ascribe to a similar standard of honesty as the older generation. What I've found is that age prevents understanding of current reality, much like the struggle of my mother (74) to understand her iPad. Honesty and reality are sometimes uneasy bedfellows but provided honesty wins out we're ok.

But, to Miguel, when you deal with injuries now the whole process is exactly that, a process. It is not a professional service. At grade C rates you have at most 3 hours available before you go into the red in a "bog standard" RTA. It certainly isn't worth the time to see a client otherwise you'll go out of business as your profit margin has ziiiiiiip disappeared.

The only cases where you should see clients now (sadly) is the heavier stuff. In an ideal world you'd see them all.
