I'm not sure how much benefit you'd really get from meeting a client face-to-face in relation to a minor, non-contentious RTA. In my experience, if I was to arrange conferences with all my clients (apart from that being prohibitively expensive and time consuming) most of them would be deeply unimpressed if I had them take half a day of work to come see me for a 15 minute meeting in which I went through the same information I had already discussed with them on the phone and then said "well, liability is admitted but the insurers are deeply inefficient so have not actually responded in time so leave it to me and I'll just go get this issued now"

The service must fit the work we are doing - I would never dream of running a catastrophic injury case without meeting a client. But I am not going to waste a client's time like that for a 3 month whippy.
