At last! This reform has been so very necessary for so long. It's good to know that the President of the Supreme Court is prepared to argue for it. When I started the same argument some twelve years ago I met an unexpected level of opposition from the legal professionals. It's good to read comments by Antony Glaister and Russell (and Anon 05.29). Having read other posts by David Crawford I'm especially encourage by his - perhaps he has read my book, A Nasty Business,( published last December), about the damage the judiciary can do to people trapped in court litigated boundary disputes.
