Dear Arthur you are correct. Turnover and profit not the same thing! Profit and therefore long term success are what matters not pursuing the quick low cost work. This profession should have a little more self respect and confidence in what we provide and not devalue our service. Those that don't are heading for bucket shop oblivion. Maybe not tomorrow but 5 to 10 years.
