Just to be clear, rather than getting rid of staff, we will invest in them as well as in technology. Law in the High Street is, and will remain in Metamorph Law, a people relationship business.

Racing towards the bottom has no place in our strategy, which is about providing excellent locally focused consumer legal services at affordable value for money prices.
