Not sure 'clients' ( if I may be so square) really buy into national brands like this for legal services. This is ultimately a purely commercial venture with scant regard for quality of service at all. I can't wait to see how the drones will cope with an unregistered epitome of title whilst chomping on a boneless banquet and listening to Katy Perry.

somebody mentioned bank manager. It's a Relationship Manager actually and I think you all need to start interfacing with your stakeholders a bit more and spend less time advising your clients. There I've said it.
