The main injustice caused by Tribunal fees is not to the type of clients who can afford the fees if they choose to do so. It is to those on low incomes or with low savings, barred from remission but unable to afford the fees.
A system of justice is only as good as the ability of the weakest to use it. We all know of perfectly good claims that are not brought because of tribunal fees, and there is no reason to believe that this will not continue for the relatively poor.
And anyway, such a narrow set of statistics and rise in claims is not a sound basis for a general conclusion.
