Not only was it tweeted with 'smiler' and 'alton towers' hashtags, as noted above, but it also mentions a 'crash' (the '?' obviously being rhetorical): ‘Been injured in a roller coaster crash?! We’re experts in Personal Injury!! #Smiler #AltonTowers.’ Not the best drafted statement by the firm involved then, the spelling error aside!
