Companies selling off Agricultrual Land/Pasture Land/Woodlands at a premium have been rampant for at least a Decade. Prominently advertised as potential building plots when there wasn't a hope in .... chance of Planning. That is until the recent abomination of the "Greenbelt" and Country life where large Housing Developments 'leach' onto the existing infrastructure and destroy what previously existed.
