Thank you to those who have commented. As it happens we are just like any other law firm in some respects. We are SRA authorised and have firm-wide professional indemnity insurance. We have a single brand and fully integrated IT, business management and compliance systems. If being "all in it together" means not adapting to the modern world and embracing change and technology to deliver what clients want then I prefer to be with the clients - acting in their best interests.
