Women have a child because they want a child - there's no more to it than that. It is a personal choice and, yes, they absolutely have the right not to be discriminated against while doing it because that would be sex discrimination. That's all.

As other posters have alluded to it is, however, a personal choice of how they want to spend their lives. There us no 'human right' to have a child in the same way there's no human right to be tall or to be clever.
