Under utilised courts? That'll be the Manchester CC building sold off then - there's never anyone in it! Massive waste of money. No reason why Manchester CC staff & judges can't be squeezed back into the crown court building where they came from.

Re Anon @ 02:22 pm. Great word 'risible', something else that's hugely under utilised IMO.
