I entirely agree, Mick. This rule by regulation has simply gone too far. I even think that there are so many full-time regulators that unless they produce a new set of regulations for us to follow each year they would be out of work, so the rules we have to comply with just grow and grow like a carbuncle. It's high time it was burst! We didn't have all this nonsense in Eastbourne in the 1970s!
