What happens when Artificial Intelligence enables 50% of routine legal problems to be answered by automated bots? If a bot is created by a law firm that has the right qualifications and is also regulated, will that have a big impact on the market? The legal market is big enough to make developing Artificial Intelligence profitable. Maybe some clients will prefer dealing with bots over humans because it might turn out to be a better experience in terms of accessibility and service levels.
