Presumably this some sort of makeweight for the lack of legal aid etc.In any event comparing the amount "on the clock" with bills delivered indicates that in some areas of work ,such as domestic conveyancing ,the pro-bono element is about 50%.Wills,not far short.
Where is our trade union in all this?Sleeping off another heavy lunch somewhere.
