I'm really insulted by this report. What staggering ignorance. I shall forthwith cease my pro bono work until it is recognised by ResJudicata (or whatever twee name they choose to use for their blinkered quango) that we as a profession do millions of hours or pro bono work per year as a service to our clients and to our communities. "Bill-hooks" to 'em!
