Compulsory pro bono is a nonsense. Just what sort of pro bono advice could a corporate lawyer usefully give to anyone pro bono?
To asylum seekers, go back to the first country you entered after leaving your own; to someone seeking benefits, go and get a job. I suspect those who wrote this report would not kike such advice being given.
And remember, free advice is worth all you pay for it.
