Let's see how committed to access to justice criminal solicitors are. How about a mass withdrawal of TT tender bids AND a mass resignation as Duty Solicitor. I wonder if the CLSA, LCCSA and the BFG would be prepared to countenance that level of protest-and whether the profession is principled enough to do it??
