Absolutely disgraceful. In the year we celebrate the 800th year of the Magna Carta, and the underlying principle that Justice will never be sold - we do precisely the opposite.

I suppose it's only to be expected from someone who heads the Judiciary with absolutely no legal qualification or experience - the second in succession.

Justice clearly has no priorirty, or indeed place, in this Government's agenda.
