And Eastbourne, for goodness' sake! They have only recently had a new courthouse built, well in 1975 anyway which, sadly, is now beginning to count as 'recent'. And its population must meow exceed 100,000, not all of whom are well behaved.

Whatever next? Will the people of Liverpool start fighting in the streets to resolve their differences? Where is all this going to end?
