Are courts one of the reasons we need a governments for?
Even the most basic society needs a proper system of arbitration. I remember the saying "the umpire's decision is final". That is what we expect. A fair hearing and both sides accepting the judgment.(not necessarily the first court!) .Its just not cricket not to have access to justice.
