Why are paid McKenzie Friends the target of ire, when most of them only exist because folk cannot afford regulated help, in an environment of cuts to funding? There is a far better target!

That said, I do not understand how, if someone is charging, they do not think to obtain PII, and do not think that they ought to find out how to perform the role effectively!
