Disgrace upon disgrace. Since the abolition of CFA uplift recovery and ATE premiums most people some with good sound cases are finding it near on impossible to obtain suitable funding arrangements. What with the already massive hike in court fees the prospect of litigation has already become impossible for most people. Do the powers that be actually not realize this or are they doing it on purpose under pressure from banks and insurance companies keen to halt litigation against them from your average citizen or SME. If the bank swaps fiasco took place today i really cannot imagine how such cases against the banks would be financed. Its almost a license for big institutions to get away with financial rape knowing the chances of being pursued are slim to very slim!
