The challenge of the MOJ by the Bar and Sols is poorly planned and poorly executed. Your trying to all sound off like some 'master tacticians' but really the profession has no sense of itself from 'top to bottom'. What you describe as a "New Protocol" Gove sees it as you slowly, but surely, throwing the towel in.
