If they really had wanted to shaft Peter Smith wouldn't they just have left his luggage off the 'plane? Seems to me he's getting a bit paranoid. Grow up Peter and just accept that these things happen.

I once did a case involving a coach company where a judge alleged that his case had gone missing. He seemed to think that just because a judge made the allegation it must be true and everyone had to accept that, but I had a good private investigator who proved he was lying.
