Anon 1st August 1 pm........ there's nothing special or ethical about taking cases on without charging a success fee. The government decided that charging a success fee is what is expected - it's not some sort of theft, you know. Not charging it will simply put them out of business before long because the sums don't add up. Either that or else they trim down their service to the bare bones, and then face complaints and bad PR for unprofessional service. Unless you think that's ethical?

I can't believe that after all the debates over the last few years, there are still people who think that marketing happens for free. And that people still post comments in the Gazette using the phrase "ambulance chasers", have I strayed onto the Daily Mail site?
