Ah generation X and Y!!! Actually I know plenty of girls and boys in their 20s and 30s who truly dislike this silliness. Anon 10.7 is I'm sure working their way up the ladder and would dare not break from the party line.
Agile? I can work from home too by remote but I have an office as well. Soft play....hell let's have bean bags in the office, sorry soft space and wear Kaftans and sandals while watching our colleague through Perspex walls taking a dump because he is now working in the Loo because he got hotted from his desk.
As I said it don't work in schools either!
BTW I once got told off by a partner for spending too much time in the quiet room. God I feel defective for liking a bit of peace while I work!! Roar!! There I go off to eat a triceratops in the quiet room...
Also clients don't like open plan bullshit either and I will tell you why later when I've done some work. In my office ha ha !!!
