D produces only his last months bank statement showing no receipt of his salary, plenty of expenditure and an overdrawn balance. D ordered to produce 6 months statements of all bank accounts. D ignores. D ordered to really really produce bank statements. D produces random collection of bank statements across all accounts which on their face show his outgoings exceed income (and nature of much expenditure unclear) but strong possibility this is misleading.
