Rubbish article. No recognition that before the reforms whiplash claimant’s lawyers were raking it in. I knew one or two who were in fact millionaires owning factory firms stuffed with paralegals pumping out claims on an industrial scale. They weren’t low rent- brand new Mercedes for them
