The real significance of this decision is that it was not the 'plonker' solicitor who complained, but his client. What this indicates to me, therefore, is that LS felt it had to do something about what was really nothing at all. They did not want someone going off to The Daily Rag saying they had complained to LS and nothing had been done. Had the 'plunker' solicitor complained, nothing would have been done. LS has become a "client-has-complained-so-someone-must-be-punished" society.

What a load of plonkers!
