Divorces or Financial Applications? because the number of the divorces is in no way mediation dependent!! I've had loads of new divorce cases recently; I've put it down to people feeling financially secure enough to separate - but I haven't issued a financial application on a single one; neither have I referred a single one to mediation; I've just done my job instead and helped my clients reach an agreement! Just like I always have done!
