Lawyers are on the front line internationally when it comes to promoting human rights awareness in the business community. Post Ruggie, any lawyer who does not factor BHR into his or her advice is flying in the face of world opinion , facilitating abuse and - on a purely business level - potentially costing the client a fortune. Human rights breach actions are the new elephant in the room.

I practise as a commercial lawyer, both as a Solicitor and as an Isle of Man Advocate.
